America's Recycle Day!

This Sunday , the 15th, is America's Recycle Day. If you do not recycle already make recycle bins with your kids this weekend. The dollar store has all sizes of containers. You can really fancy and print out labels and laminate, tie with a ribbon for an extra special touch. Teach the kids to throw throw the items in the bins instead of the trash. Most cities have a recycle center that will leave a large bin for you to leave at the street to pick up. If you do not, like me that lives out in the boonies, then you can gather your recycle bins and drop them off at the recycle center the next time you are in town!
Have fun with this! Check out books from the library, watch movies with the "recycle" theme!
