My new menu is going to make your mouth water! These are all "Clean Eating" recipes! And very yummy for your tummy! More new recipes will come next week from my previous menus. Sorry, I never posted the menus...but, you'll love them!

Breakfasts:
~eggs, toast, fruit
~oatmeal, fruit, hard boiled eggs
~ kashi cereal
~ omelet roll ups (with veggies)

Lunches:
~ leftovers, regular or in wraps
~ PB and fruit, veggie sticks
~ egg salad, fruits, veggie sticks
~ chicken, brown rice wraps, fruit

Honey Almond Cookies

Honey Almond Cookies( by Tosca Reno from The Eat Clean Diet)
1C Almonds
1 1/4 C unbleached whole wheat flour
1 C unbleached all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
2/3 C natural honey
1/4 C agave nectar
1/3 C coconut butter
1/4 C unsweetened applesauce
1/4 C ground flaxseed
1 egg
1 tsp vailla
1/4 C sliced almonds, for decoration(optional)

1. Ground almonds in food processor. Put in large bowl. Add flours, baking powder and salt. Mix well.

I have so many new recipes to share. I had a hard time trying to figure out which on to choose first. I think I will post one everyday this week for you! You are going to love them. I started to "Eat Clean". I will devote a new section on my HEALTH page as soon as I have time to do it.

Frugal Fashionista~ Ready for Spring!

I am so ready for spring! Today will be near 70 degrees! So, I decided to wear a "springy" outfit. And break out the flip flops! Can you believe it? I'm not going to wear heels! I must really be ready for spring!

This is what I wore for Valentines day yesterday. And YES, they were a thrift store find! I found them at a thrift store in Missouri. I didn't buy them, though. I LOVED them, but I felt like I shouldn't spend money on myself. Well, my wonderful brother and mother bought them for me fo...
