L~ turkey sandwiches, fruits
S2~berry "cheese"cake
D~ leftover pork- sandwiches or nachos
kids snack~ brownie bites

Monday
B~ eggs, toast
S1~ apple, PB
L~ veggie burgers, chips, fruits
S2~ hard boiled eggs, blueberries
D~ soft tacos, salad, chips, and dip
kids snack- ice cream, lemon berry loaf

Tuesday
B~ cereal, eggs
S1~ apple, cashews
L~ taco salad
S2~ apple, blueberries, walnuts
D~ grilled cheese, ramen noodles, salad

I am now going to add my snacks to the list. I eat clean so I eat every three hours, lean protein, complex carb.

Moday~ we had meatloaf dinner

S1~ apple, almonds
L~ leftover steak, salmon, baked potato, broccoli
S2~ dark chocolate coconut granola bar
D~ panko sage pork cutlets, carrots, salad

Wednesday-7
B~ pancakes
S1~ apple, cashews
L~ meatloaf sandwiches
S2~ apple, almond butter
D~ bacon and egg pie
