Baby Feet

It's official. If Baby Jack doesn't decide to arrive earlier, then I will be induced on Tuesday, April 27th at 7:45 am. I am so excited! You would think this is my first! First of all, I HATE to be induced! I would much rather go into labor on my own. But, if we don't we might give birth to a toddler!

I love Baby Feet. Okay, well, I just love babies! But I love my babies even when they aren't "babies" anymore. That's why I came up with this idea to capture the growing feet of my "babies".

Here are a few shots I had to take to try to get the right Baby Feet shot. Later I gave up and tried another day... but I can't find those pictures! I finally did get one great shot. But a 17 month old and a newborn do not cooperate as well as one would like.

1st attempt! Hi, Ian!    ~Looking at a friends pictures yesterday, she had a picture of her kids feet. It reminded me of a picture I had taken after our last baby was born. I love baby feet. So sweet. So tiny! I cannot wait to take this picture again when baby Jack is born. But now I have a teenagers feet~ a men's size 10!

Baby Luke was already beginning to not like this. He just wanted his mommy!

Now, Noah(17 mos) wasn't liking this much either. He's trying to sit up, saying "I want my mommy!!"...he was still a colicky mommas boy.

By this time, my oldest Ryan, who is NOT a momma's boy, was not very happy and was ready to quit!

OKAY, OKAY! I give up! This was the last one I tried. Luke wanted to EAT!! Little did I know how much he would want to eat......(boys eat a lot!)

On another day, we went outside to take the picture with the greenery of the trees and grass in the background. I made it in black and white, framed the picture, and gave them to grandparents as presents. ....But I forgot what I named that file. So, in a few days you will have a new one to see! ~ Teenage feet to newborn feet~ So Sweet!
