Today I should be posting Tummy Yummy Tuesday's recipe. But I didn't have one prepared so I will share my monthly menu plan with you today! Nothing very exciting. I have Bunco at my house next week. Then we are going to see my family in Missouri during the kids spring break. Hubby will be at home alone. Poor guy! He won't know what to do without us! So, I will be making food for him, freezing it, then he can choose whatever he wants.

W-3- chicken quesadillas
T-4- salmon patties, biscuits, mac & cheese
F-5- BBQ chicken pizza
S-6-leftovers/out/eggs
S-7- salsbury patties with gravy, carrots, mashed pots
M-8- penne, salad, bread
T-9- beans and ham, cornbread

Monthly Menu Plan- Jan.3-31 (With getting Started Tip!!)

I read about a few lady bloggers that planned on not grocery shopping for the month, except for essentials. They are going to plan meals from the freezer and pantry. If my oven had not stopped working a few months ago , I could have been able to freeze breakfast items and this would have been great for me. But I also do not have a few essentials to get started.
