Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies

Posted by Holly Nelson on Tuesday, December 8, 2009 Under: Tummy Yummy Recipe of the Week
This has to be the easiest cookie recipe ever. And it doesn't really call for chocolate chips, but everything is better with chocolate.

Start with this- Spice cake mix and canned pumpkin.

This

Plus this...

Equals this! YUM!

Pouring a half a bag of chocolate chips is easier. I had to chop chocolate because my chocolate chips were mysteriously missing. HMM?

Scoop a half of a large tablespoon or small teaspoon size, scrapping it on the cookie sheet with another spoon.

You can put them close together because this does not flatten or spread out.

Mix powdered sugar and milk.

Should be thick, yet able to drizzle.

Take the cookie from the pan and drizzle with icing.

This makes over 3 dozen of the small, scrumptious cookies. Try not to eat not to eat every one of them! I dare you!

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 Box spice cake mix
1 Can of Pumpkin
1/2 Bag chocolate chips
1/2 C powdered sugar
1 tbsp milk

1. Mix cake mix and pumpkin with a mixer.
2. Add chocolate chips.
3. Spoon a small round of mix on a cookie sheet.
4. Bake 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
5. Mix powdered sugar and milk, should be able to drizzle.
6. Remove cookies from oven and cookie sheet.
