My new menu is going to make your mouth water! These are all "Clean Eating" recipes! And very yummy for your tummy! More new recipes will come next week from my previous menus. Sorry, I never posted the menus...but, you'll love them!

Breakfasts:
~eggs, toast, fruit
~oatmeal, fruit, hard boiled eggs
~ kashi cereal
~ omelet roll ups (with veggies)

Lunches:
~ leftovers, regular or in wraps
~ PB and fruit, veggie sticks
~ egg salad, fruits, veggie sticks
~ chicken, brown rice wraps, fruit
~ scrambled egg whites, veggies wrap, fruit

Dinners:
S(27)~ Tacos
M(28)~ Moroccan Chicken and lentils, salad
T(1)~ Country Beef Stew
W(2)~ homemade healthy fish sticks, oven potato fries
T(3)~ meatballs, smashed potatoes, wehani rice salad, salad
F(4)~ homemade healthy chicken bites, sweet potato fries, mac & cheese (yes, healthy,too!),salad
S(5)~ BBQ Nachos and sandwiches, beans, chips (not so healthy, but family will be in town and it will be our oldest son's first big dirtbike race night)

Desserts/Snacks:ALL healthier versions
~ Chocolate walnut brownie cookies
~ Banana Applesauce bread

~ Applesauce oatmeal muffins
~ Chocolate Mousse
~ Chocolate Dessert
