Organize Your Life, Not Your Stuff

Marlboro Man's Favorite Sandwich.

Okay, I'm cheating this week. I'm not giving you a recipe of my own. When I made this I knew I had to share this! YUM! My hubby is a man eater. No, that didn't sound right. He eats like a man, and I don't say that lightly. My favorite story about his eating is one of our after Christmas season McDonalds trips. He ordered a Big Mac super size meal. Then  he went back for a cheeseburger, then  for an order of chicken nuggets, then for 2 apple pies, then for a hot fudge sundae, then he wanted more!! Thank goodness we ran out of money. Well, not really, but enough was enough! Now, I know you must be thinking, "He must be HUGE!". He's not at all. He is a very normal size. He just has a very hard working job, so he burns most of it off working.
Okay, back to this recipe... I found a new website that I have fallen in love with. I am not much of a blog reader. I don't have time for it. I know, I know, I do this blog. But I am only doing this because I can't do newsletters for the website yet. I made this recipe from thepioneerwoman.com last night. And I must say from the first bite I was in love! I was ooh'ing and ahh'ing and mmm'ing through the whole dinner. I usually don't talk to my food, sorry. Even my kids loved it, which is always great. My 3 years was done before anyone. I made her twice baked potatoes to go with it. This is a very filling meal! You don't need to serve much! Now that I've been rambling on about it, go check it out!!
