Menu for Feb 27- March 4

Monday-27
B~ greek yogurt and berries, macadamia nuts
L~ sald topped with tuna, maple-mustard dressing
D~ roast, potatoes, green beans, oven "fried" pickles

Tuesday-28
B~ pancakes
L~ roast sandwiches
D~ baked penne, salad

Wednesday-29 ~ LEAP DAY!
B~ eggs, pancakes
L~ lo pasta
D~ Sweet Potato Hash topped with egg, potato pear soup

Thursday-1
B~ eggs, oatmeal
L~ lo soup
D~ salmon with sweet and tangy chutney, brown rice, butternut squah farro salad

Friday-2
B~ cereal
L~ lo salmon wrap, salad 
D~cheesey egg and potato pie

Saturday-3 ~ dirt bike Practicve Day at the track
B~ nutella french toast topped with strawberries
L~ turkey or Pb sandwiches, fresh fruit, raw veggies, granola bars
D~ Steak, baked potato, salad

Sunday-4 ~ RACE DAY!
B~ eggs, toast, bacon
L~ sandwiches again
D~ chicken enchildas, chips and salsa,chicken tortilla soup

Snacks/Desserts:
~ granola bars
~ chocolate chip muffins
~ yogurt and berries
~ oatmeal cookies
~ ginger cookies
~ clean chocolate pudding
** I also plan out my snacks. I eat "clean, which involves 6 small meals. ~breakfast, snack1, lunch, snack2, dinner, snack3.
Would you be interested in seeing that added to the menu plan? I think I might start next week.
