Breakfasts:
~ french toast
~ pancakes
~ eggs and bacon and toast
~ oatmeal
~ banana chocolate chip muffins
~ fruits

Lunches:
~ leftovers from dinners
~ tuna
~ egg salad
~ turkey or ham sandwiches on homemade breads
~ turkey and cheese wraps
~ grilled cheese on homemade bread

Dinners:
S(24)~ meatloaf, mashed red potatoes, roasted squash & zucchini (from garden!)
M(25)~ Spaghetti, salad, bread 

T(26)~ grilled chicken, sweet potatoes, garden veggies, salad
W(27)~ meatloaf sandwiches, baked potatoes, salad
T(28)~ Shrimp & Salmon, brown rice, veggie, salad
F(29)` pizza, salad
S(30)~ breakfast for dinner- pancakes, eggs, bacon, toast, fruit salad

Plan for Kithcen Day (for freezer)~Tuesday/26th:
~ pinto beans
~ Crockpot BBQ chicken
~ oatmeal cookies
~ chocolate chip cookies 
~ chocolate chip pancakes
~ zucchini bread
~ Amish bread

Dessert and Snacks:
~ smoothies
~ protein Popsicle
~ yogurt w/berries
~ apple sauce
~ hummus & pits chips
~ fresh fruits and veggies
~ popcorn
