~ cereal, oatmeal, eggs, pancakes

Lunches:
~ salads, eggs salad, tuna, spaghetti O's, PB, fruits and veggies

Dinners:
S(29)~ Northwoods Chicken, roasted red potatoes, squash, zucchini and onions, salad
M(30)~ Fish, hush puppies, cole slaw, corn on cob, pasta salad, salad
T(31)~ Tuna melts, fruits and veggies, salad
W(1)~ Jerk Chicken, brown rice, veggie
T(2)~ Shrimp and watermelon salad, rice
F(3)~ grilled burgers, baked sweet potatoes
S(4)~ leftovers, eggs

Desserts/Snacks:
~ Cupcakes
~ brownies
~ pudding
~ popcorn
~ fruits
~ veggies
~ pb toast
