3 Chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
3 cans cream of chicken soup, healthy/reduced fat
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 C milk
*optional: sprinkle of taco seasoning
flour tortillas
shredded lettuce
sour cream
guacamole
1. Mix cooked chicken and soups and milk * A sprinkle of taco seasoning..
2. Spoon mixture in middle of tortilla. Roll up with sides open. Lay in greased 13 x9 pan.
3. Repeat untill all tortillas are gone. * Leave at least a cup of chicken soup mixture.
4. Pour the rest of the chicken soup mixture on top of tortillas. Top with shredded cheese
5. Bake 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes
* Serve with lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, etc....
