Sweet Potato Fries

I purchased a large bag (5 gallon bucket size) of sweet potatoes from a local farmer. Now, what to do with all of those potatoes!! The usual ~baked topped with butter, cinnamon and sugar, sweet potato casserole, and mashed sweet potatoes (seasoned with butter, cinnamon and sugar).

Sweet Potato Fries
~ Sweet potatoes
~ olive oil
~ butter,melted/ amount depends on how many sweet potatoes you have
~ cinnamon
~ sugar
~ salt and pepper
~ seasoning salt(opt)
1. Wash sweet potatoes
2. Cut potatoes into wedges. For variety you can cut them into cubes, like hashbrowns. Place them in a bowl.
3. Add melted butter and drizzle a little more olive oil.
4. Spread on greased baking sheet. 
5. You can sprinkle cinnamon and sugar for sweet or seasoning salt for savory. And salt and pepper.
