Pina` Colada Pie

Posted by Holly Nelson on Tuesday, May 18, 2010 Under: Tummy Yummy Recipe of the Week

 Pina` Colada Pie:
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 bag of flaked coconut
1 large tub cool whip

1. Combine all ingredients and pour into two pie crusts
2. Freeze, for a few hours or overnight.
3. Let it sit out a few minutes before cutting and serving

Can you tell I shopped at Walmart? And thank you to my
sis-in-law for stopping at Kroger to get me the crushed pineapple.

Mix all of it together...I could just eat it like that. YUM!!

Again, I could eat it like this, without freezing! And I kind of did.. just a little bit!

After letting it freeze for a few hours... or a few minutes...
Stick a fork in it and make it disappear!
