This was a recipe I did before Christmas. My computer crashed and I was not able to share this with you. Now that i finally have a working computer, these were just too good not to share!

Red Velvet Peppermint Cupcakes:

(peppermint is optional!)
1 Box Red Velvet Cake Mix
1 tub Vanilla Icing
peppermints
decorative stickers
toothpicks

cupcake liners

1. Make cake mix as directed.
2. Spoon mixture into cupcake liners
3. Bake as directed, about 15-18 minutes
4. Let cool and spread with vanilla frosting/icing.
5. Crush peppermints and sprinkle on top of frosting/icing.
6. Put stickers on toothpick and stick on top of cupcake.

                         ENJOY!

In Pictures:

Gather all ingredients. I cheated even more and used the easy frost!

Crush peppermints with whatever you have that is handy. I used my stoves spoon rest!

I baked my cupcakes and set them in a deep foil pan, as if I was really going to be able to cover these and hide them from little fingers! HA

Frost cupcakes. I mostly use the easiest and fastest way.

Sprinkle with as much peppermint as your heart desires!

Put stickers on toothpick and place in the center on cupcake, then Serve!

Hope you enjoy!
