30- Cheesecake day

Use these days to plan and prepare to have FUN with your kids this month! Use your imagination. Research what you want to celebrate and make it a big deal. Summers out of school seem to be shorter and shorter every year. I want to make the most of all the special time I have with the boys. They are only young once.
Well, my older boys don't like to do exactly what the younger ones do. So, I do not expect them to be jumping up and down and want to participate in every little thing we do. The older boys are able to do thing a little more maturely than the younger ones like to do.

 Example:

~ Hot Dog Day- easy. Everyone enjoys hotdogs. Nothing extra special for older or younger.
~ All American Soap Box Derby- older one can build a real soap box car. Younger ones can make miniature ones.
