What's On My iPod This Month

Just a little confession about me... I HATE to exercise. There, I admit it! Anyone that knows me , knows that. I would rather do my "natural" exercising~ Playing with the kids, jump on trampoline, swing the kids, play basketball, walk at the park, play tag with kids, etc...

But, lately I've really been determined to get healthy again. I've been walking on the treadmill, but I am so impatient. I can never walk fast enough...I'm sure thats my ADHD talking. I got the new book that Oxygen "my favorite" magazine has put out. It's on newsstands now~ go get it!! It has a section in there about interval training. And also a section about reaching your goal to run a 5K. I tried to treadmill example...and I actually RAN! I couldn't believe it! With my meniere's disease, any out-of-the-ordinary movement and a rise in blood pressure causes severe vertigo. I stay away from doing that as much as possible, obviously. So, I was so shocked that I even wanted to try to run, much less even accomplish it!

But, today, I didn't do as well. I made it through, but afterwards started getting vertigo. I fought it off and am doing fine now. Please pray that I can fight this disease and prove I can do it!

I started downloading music on my iPod because I really need upbeat encouragement. Heres my treadmill list:
