Bang Bang Shrimp or Chicken

1 C mayo with olive oil

8 teaspoons of Sriracha- Chili Garlic sauce, found in the oriental section at the grocery store(It already has a "bang", but use more if you want more heat)

Chopped green onion

Chopped iceburg lettuce

Fried shrimp/fried popcorn chicken(You can fry your own or buy the frozen kind)

*For a healthier version used cooked shrimp or grilled chicken.*

1. Mix first three ingredients. Let sit in fridge.

2. Make the shrimp/chicken.

3. In  a medium bowl, Add spoonfuls of sauce to the shrimp/chicken until it covers well.

4. Spread lettuce on a large plate. Top with shrimp/chicken.
