1 lb ground beef or turkey
1 can green chilis
10 soft corn tortilla
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Brown beef, drain grease.
2. Warm tortilla between damp paper towels in the microwave.
3. Assemble: Place a small spoonful near the edge of tortilla. Fold side over and roll up tightly.
4. Bake on cookie sheet for 15 minutes or until brown and crispy.
5. Serve immediately with lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, salsa, guacamole.
Freezer Friendly: Place in baggie or gladware/tupperware. Label and freeze.
