Blueberry Crepes

8 egg whites

1-1 1/2 scoops whey protein

1 c blueberries or sliced banana

4 packets Stevia

2 TBSP cinnamon

2 TBSP Natural PB

1. Combine eggs and protein powder until smooth. Pour onto a nonstick pan, cook for 2 minutes

2. Spread PB and blueberries on top. Fold over, like a half moon shape. 

3. Cook for 2-3 more minutes. 

Serve warm! ENJOY!
