Chicken Burritos:

2-3 cooked chopped chicken breasts sprinkled with taco seasoning

1 C cooked pinto beans

1 can green chilis

grated or chopped onion

Grated cheese, of choice

10 whole grain tortillas

 1. Mix all ingredients. Warm tortillas in between damp paper towels in microwave

2. Assemble: Spread a large spoonful on a warm tortilla. -Sprinkle with cheese -fold one side of the mix -fold in the edges then continue to fold over until wrapped completely. 

3. Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, guacamole, salsa.

Freezer Friendly: Place in snack size baggies or small gladware/tupperware containers. Label and freeze!
