Granola Bars

  • 1 C PB
  • 1/3 C honey 
  • 1 stick butter, unsalted
  • 3 C oats
  • dark chocolate chips
  • coconut
  • 1/4 C flaxseed
  • 1/4 C wheat germ
  1. Melt first three ingredients in saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Mix oats, flaxseed, and wheat germ.
  3. Stir into oats. Let cool. (I usually start making something else for baking day as it cools)
  4. After it has cooled stir in chocolate chips and coconut
  5. Spread into foiled and sprayed 13x9 pan.
  6. Put in fridge to set.
  7. Take out and cut into bars or squares. Keep stored in fridge.
