Mozzarella Burgers



 1 lbs ground beef (2 lbs for more than 4 people)

dales low sodium seasoning

red onion, diced

shredded mozzarella

hot sauce

1. Mix dales, beef, and salt and pepper

2. Make thin patties.

3. In a separate bowl, mix cheese and hot sauce

4. Put a pinch of cheese in the middle of a burger patty, top with another patty and seal edges.

5. Grill until meat isn't pink.
