Shepherds Pie:In Pictures)

~ 1 lb ground turkey or grass fed beef
~ 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables, or any leftover veggies on hand
~ 1 jar beef gravy
~ 6 large or 10 small potatoes, or leftover mashed potatoes

1. Brown the turkey, drain
2. Peel, rinse, cut, and boil potatoes. Drain then mash.
3. Mix gravy and veggies and ground turkey. Spread into 13 x 9 pan.
4. Spread mashed potatoes on top.

5. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese, if desired
6. Bake 375 degrees for 30 minutes
