Spelt Flat Bread with Dip

2/3 C warm water

1 tsp dry yeast

2 TBSP sesame seeds

1 1/2 C whole grain spelt flour

4 TBSP EVOO

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees. 

2. Mix ingredients and form into 4 balls. Place on baking stone(or cookie sheet), and flatten. 

3. Bake for 20 minutes, until crispy

DIP:

1 C nonfat greek yogurt, plain or vanilla

1 tsp minced roasted garlic

chopped chives

1. Mix all ingredients and serve in a small bowl with a plate of spelt bread
