Easy Veggie Beef Soup:
~ 3 Packages frozen mixed veggies or cans of veg-all or left over veggies
~ 1 lbs cooked ground beef/turkey, drained
~ 2-3 packages beef stew seasoning(to taste)
1. Mix all in large pot. Cook for 30 mins to heat through.
* Serve with cornbread and salad. ** or Serve in bread bowls
