Fruit  & Yogurt Parfait

1 c low fat greek yogurt

2 TBSP coconut water

2 tsp flaxseed

1 TBSP honey

2 TBSP Kashi cereal(the regular kind) or low suagr granola

strawberries, blueberries, kiwi  

1. Mix yogurt, coconut water, flaxseed, & honey. 

2. Layer a glass with Yogurt, cereal/granola, then fruit. Do 2 more times.
