2011-12 School Year Schedule


5:30~ wake, workout clothes, water, vitamins

5:45~ prayer/devotional time~ on the porch with breakfast. (I bet you thought I was going to work out first)

6:45~ get kids ready for school

7:00~ read devotion to kids while they eat breakfast, then after breakfast chores

7:30~ little ones on bus/ treadmill-Couch to 5K(if I can't here I will after lunch)

8:00~ shower, get ready for the day/ start daily chores*/ learning time* & play with Jack, LOTS

S~ Lord's Day/Rest

M~ Cleaning/Laundry Day

Tu~ Kitchen/Baking Day

W~ Office Day

Th~ Town Day

F~ Gardening Day

S~ Family Fun Day!!

9:00~ Snack(lean protein + complex carb) ex: pear & cashews, water

12:00~ lunch(LP + CC) ex: Salad with black beans and corn topped with tuna and cilantro lime dressing, water

12-3~ computer work/craft/nap

3:00~ snack(LP + CC)ex: cottage cheese, vanilla yogurt, blueberries, strawberries sprinkled with a few macadamia nuts

3:30~ kids snack & homework

4-6~ playtime/freetime

5:00~ MUST have afternoon chores done before dad gets home!!! Kids Chores

6:00~ dinner,go over weekly bible verse, talk about our high and lows of the day with daddy, then table chores,clean-up

6:30-7:30~ family hour glorifying God! Family Fun hour~ TOGETHER! ~dirt biking~play ball~swim~board game~reading~adventures in Odyssey~tea on front porch~ladder ball/washers~swing~bonfire~watch favorite TV program

7:30~ Ian , Noah, Luke:bathes, brush teeth, read to N & L, I reads alone, prayers

8:00- weight training with hubby, then 15 minutes treadmill(M/W/F) 

8:30~ Bedtime Routine/wash face brush teeth, read bible, talk w/ Ryan ans Seth, snuggle with hubby!(the MOST important thing of the day other than speaking with God!)

9:00~ Snack(LP & CC), water(if hungry!), more snuggle time

My bedtime routine:

      ~ gather all laundry/start diapers      

      ~check calendar for events tomorrow 

      ~prep coffee for morning

      ~prep breakfast for morning

      ~prep lunches

      ~clean kitchen, start dishwasher

      ~lay diapers out to dry

      ~ bathe(?),wash face, PJ's, lay out clothes for tomorrow, reading- Psalm & Proverb, TV, snuggle with hubby.

*Learning time with little guys: coloring, phonics, play-doh, painting, cut and paste, baking, etc...   

This is not exact and the times do vary. I really do try to keep my eating at the same time to keep my body in check and metabolism up. I feel so much better when I keep on an eating schedule. Our bodies are meant for that.
